General Comments
Haccp: discussed keeping previously cooked food properly labeled.

No follow up required.

Note: Facility is getting new cabinets and counter tops. Facility does not need to do a plan review with the Health Department, however the following recommendations were made:
1. Contact City of Kankakee for their requirements if any on remodeling project for kitchen,
2. All plumbing work must be done by a licensed plumber and inspected by the City of Kankakee Plumbing Inspector once the the plumbing work is completed.
3. Directed facility to do work during non-business hours to eliminate any possible contamination that might exist in the kitchen during remodel, or separate work area by temporary wall from food service area if remodel work is done during business hours.
